Professor Jennifer Trahan organized and moderated a panel at the ABA Section of International Law Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C. last week.  The panel was entitled Crimes Against Peace:  Aggression and the International Criminal Court in the 21st Century.  Other panelists included CGA honorary advisory board member Prince Zeid Ra’ad Zeid Al-Hussein, Permanent Representative of Jordan to the UN; Ambassador Christian Wenaweser, Permanent Representative of Liechtenstein to the UN; and William K. Lietzau, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Detainee Policy.  The meeting was sponsored by the ABA International Criminal Court Task Force, chaired by David M. Crane (former Prosecutor of the Special Court for Sierra Leone); Professor Trahan also served as a Task Force member.
