Prof. Jennifer Trahan moderated a panel at International Law Weekend at Fordham Law School. The panel, which she also organized, was entitled “U.S. Advancing the International Criminal Court: Positive Contributions and Future Predictions for a Change in Relationship.” The panelists were Ambassador Stephen J. Rapp, U.S. Ambassador-at-Large, Office of Global Criminal Justice; Ambassador Tiina Intelmann, President of the International Criminal Court’s Assembly of States Parties and Estonia’s Ambassador-At-Large for the International Criminal Court; and John Washburn, Convenor of the American Non-Governmental Organizations Coalition for the International Criminal Court (AMICC).
